Acceptable Use & User-Generated Content Policy

By using Vermeer AI, you expressly agree that:

  1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You will not generate, upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, without limitation: sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech, harassment, threats of violence, content that infringes intellectual property rights, and content that impersonates or attempts to deceive others.
  2. Reporting mechanism. Every image displayed in the Community section can be reported by tapping the "Report this image" action available from the image details view. Reports are reviewed by the Vermeer AI team within 24 hours of submission. Content found to violate this policy will be removed and the account responsible may be suspended or permanently terminated.
  3. Blocking mechanism. You may at any time block any other user via the "Block @user" action available from the image details view, or manage your list of blocked users from Settings → Blocked Users. Blocked users will have their content removed from your feeds immediately and will be unable to interact with you.
  4. Automatic moderation. Vermeer AI relies on automated content-moderation systems provided by its image-generation partners. Prompts or images detected as violating these systems' policies will be rejected and you will not be charged for such requests.
  5. Enforcement. Vermeer AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates this policy. Repeated or severe violations may also be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
  6. Reporting violations or appeals. To report a violation, dispute an enforcement decision, or appeal a suspension, contact us at [email protected].
